2. How and when do I pay for it?
We accept cash, check, money order, cashiers check, Visa and Mastercard (via PayPal). Payments should be made 7 days prior to rental date or at the time of reservation. If you wish to pay by credit card, you will receive a payment request by email. This payment request will be processed by Paypal. If paying by check, money order, or cashiers check, please email us for our postal address. (Returned checks will be charged a $30.00 NSF fee and must be paid before delivery.)

3. Do I need to make a reservation?
To ensure the greeting of your choice we highly recommend it!

4. Can I order on short notice?
Of course you can! We can provide next day service depending upon availability. Payment will need to be made before delivery.

5. Where do you deliver?
NY all of Rockland County, and parts of Orange and Westchester Counties. Also, all of Bergen County in NJ. Call for more information and pricing on all of our delivery areas.

6. When do you deliver?
We deliver 7 days a week/365 days a year! Delivery will take place by 7am. We are a YEAR round service. If you think our displays look great on the green lawn...you should see how more grand and colorful they look against a backdrop of white snow!

NOTE: If you wish to surprise a co-worker or boss at a place of business you will need to attain written permission before we can display the greeting. We then would make arrangements to deliver before the Honoree arrives to work and would remove it at closing time.

7. When do you pick up?
We will pick up the greeting "yard" that evening to ensure a full day of 'recognition' of the honoree's special occasion. If an additional day is required there will be a $20 additional fee per day.

8. How are the 'lawnaments' displayed?
Lawnaments are inserted into the ground with H-frame stakes similar to political signs. None of our stakes tear up your lawn... they just aerate it a bit. : )

9. How will they know who it is from?
Every recipient receives a 'goody' bag filled with goodies and a card that reveals their secret sender. You can also remain anonymous.

10. What is your refund policy?
We can offer a full refund for certain situations.

• If you cancel 48 hours in advance of the rental date.
• If we are unable to deliver due to adverse weather conditions such as heavy rain, snow, ice or high winds. We will make every effort to deliver as long as we are safe doing it.

• If we are unable to set up the display due to an agitated loose dog or other animal.
  (PLEASE keep all animals inside during the delivery time.)
• If you do not cancel 48 hours in advance. (At this time, we can reschedule for another date.)
• If we are given the wrong address and are unable to reach you.
• If the recipient requests us to remove the display.

11. Is there anything else we need to know?
Our business is a fun and exciting one that brings smiles to everyone! We will not deliver any display that would be in poor taste, hurtful or insulting to the recipient. If possible, please leave a light on outside the home. In most cases it will be dark when we pick up the display. Please keep animals away from our displays. We would hate for a dog or other animal to mark his territory on our signs.
